In this video, we shall learn, how to clean your laptop. Water testing kit come with, different reagents. It’s very simple to measure hardness of water using water testing kit, we just have to follow instructions given inside Water testing kit. Following are steps, which I followed to clean the Dust out of Laptop,video will cover all steps. 01) First Remove battery, then remove all screws and place them at safe location. 02) Next remove the RAM cover and RAM. 03) Remove hard drive cover and hard drive. 04) Carefully open the cover, Lift it gently. 05) This is a fan which cools hot air coming from GPU and CPU thermal pad. 06) Now remove fan, GPU and CPU thermal pad screws. 07) Slowly remove the fan plug from port. 08) See dirt, it has blocked all most all holes. 09) let’s remove dirt using cleaning brush. 11) You can remove fan and clean it separately. 12) Remove DVD drive and clean motherboard, USB ports, speakers. 13) Clean backside. 14) Also,You can clean all parts with vacuum cleaner. 15) Now remove old thermal grease and clean both CPU and GPU thermal pads. 16) Apply small amount of lubricating grease. 17) Put fan and screws. 18) Carefully remove old thermal grease from CPU and GPU top,and clean them with clothe. 19) Now apply clean thermal grease on CPU and GPU top. 20) Finally reassemble everything. That is WAYYYY to much thermal compund (purple paste). You put like 10-12 times more thermal grease than you should have. The laptop probably ran like shit after that. A small dot, about the size of rice grain, is perfect.<br>4. You don&#39;t need to take every component out just to clean the heatsink and fan. <br>5. Never use a metal screwdriver or any metal object to scrape off the old thermal compound from the CPU/GPU<br>6. Use 70-99% Isopropyl Alcohol to get rid of any thermal compound left on the CPU/GPU. Mixing old thermal compund with new one is not a good idea.<br>7. I always recommend using a good paste like Arctic AC Mx4, or other similar brands. 3
